NERD power is an Arizona-based company in solar energy solutions for commercial and residential customers. Their solutions are designed to help clients connect with their communities, reduce their carbon emissions and improve the planet.
As the sole designer at NERD power, I worked on creating and updating all sales and marketing materials as well as redesigning the company's website and internal portal.
I worked with the sales department to create sales materials and incentive flyers for both customers and employees. I was responsible for a diverse range of projects, from booklets to single page slicks.
I used my creativity and strong design skills to produce materials that met the needs of the clients, whether they were internal or external. I also worked closely with the marketing team to ensure that all sales materials stayed consistent with brand standards and strategy. I always made sure that the aesthetic of my designs complimented their purpose, creating documents that were beautiful as well as effective.
I redesigned the company website and portal, Darwin 2.0, to better serve the needs of our employees, customers, and prospective hires. I conducted extensive research on what users wanted, and worked to simplify the design of the site while reducing clutter.
